NCSSSMST Student Research ConferenceMonday, June 5, 2006 The Jackson River Governor's School was represented at the National Consortium for Specialized Secondary Schools of Mathematics, Science, and Technology's 13th Annual Student Research Conference. The conference was held at Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY on June 1 through 4, 2006. Forty-nine projects were presented during the two-day symposium.
Each participant gave a 15-minute presentation on their work and participated in a poster session. In addition to the symposium, there were workshops by RPI faculty and a field trip to the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.
